The story
Ticket Lab comes out of Buildable Labs — a studio that has spent years building and operating ticket systems for real Discord communities: roleplay networks, partner servers, support desks that handle real people with real problems, every day. We kept building the same thing, better, over and over — custom dropdowns, sealed report channels, transcripts that actually reach people — until the obvious question arrived: why does every server have to settle for the same gray embed from 2019?
So we took everything our private bots learned in the field and put it in one public bot, for any server. That's the whole origin. No pivot deck, no growth hack — just a workshop that got tired of the industry standard being ugly.

Design is respect
A ticket panel is the front door of your community. It should look like someone cared — because someone did.
The room is never gated
Core support features stay free. We will never charge your members to open a ticket or read their own transcript.
Privacy is structural
Sealed reports aren't a premium toggle — they're how the bot is built. The person being reported can't see the room. Ever.
Built in public
The lab is open: the roadmap, the changelog, and the people building it are all one Discord invite away.
