Nineteen slash commands cover setup and every ticket action. Type / in Discord and they autocomplete. The deeper settings live in the dashboard.

Grouped by who runs them. Admin commands need Manage Server; staff commands work for the staff roles you set. Ticket commands only run inside a ticket.

Get a server from zero to first ticket, and keep the panel fresh.

/setupFirst run: a five-step wizard — staff role, category, transcripts, first ticket type, post the panel. After that it opens the config editor.

/cc name [args]Run one of your server’s custom commands. Names autocomplete; arguments split on the command’s separator.
/closeWhoever opened a ticket can close their own. Staff can close any.

Inside a ticket

Staff

Run these in the ticket channel or thread. Every one has a button twin.

/closeClose the ticket. With two-step tickets on it enters the closed state; otherwise it saves a transcript and deletes.
/reopenBring a closed ticket back. The opener regains access.
/deleteDelete the ticket. A transcript is saved first, every time.
/transcriptSave a transcript right now without changing the ticket’s state.
/claim [user]Take the ticket, or assign it to another team member.
/unclaimRelease the claim. Claim rules live under Automations.
/rename nameRename the channel. Discord allows two renames per ten minutes.
/add targetGive a user or role access to this ticket.
/remove targetTake that access away again.
/transfer type [reason]Move the ticket to another type — new team, new category, topic updated.
