Privacy Policy

1. The short version

Ticket Lab stores the minimum it needs to run tickets: server configuration, and the contents of tickets so transcripts work. The website collects nothing. We run no analytics, no ads, no trackers, and we never sell data. Ticket Lab is operated by Buildable Labs (buildablelabs.dev).

2. What the bot processes

When a server adds Ticket Lab, the bot processes data Discord provides to any application:

• Server configuration — server (guild) ID, and the ticket types, roles, categories, and channel IDs an administrator sets up. Kept while the bot is in the server.
• Ticket data — when a ticket is open, the messages inside it (author ID, username, message content, timestamps) are processed so the ticket can function and a transcript can be generated when it closes.
• Transcripts — on close, a transcript of the ticket is delivered to the transcript channel the server configured, and a copy is offered by DM to the person who opened the ticket. Transcripts delivered to Discord live in Discord, under the server's control, not ours.

The bot does not read messages outside ticket channels, and asks only for the Discord permissions the ticket workflow needs.

3. What the website collects

Nothing. This site has no accounts, no forms, no analytics, and sets no cookies (see the Cookie Policy). Your browser fetches the live community member count directly from Discord's public API; that request goes to Discord, not to us, and is subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.

4. Where data lives

The Service runs on infrastructure from Cloudflare (website hosting) and Railway (bot hosting). Data is processed there solely to operate the Service. Discord itself is the platform everything runs on; data shared in Discord is governed by Discord's Privacy Policy.

5. How long we keep it

• Server configuration — until the bot is removed from the server or an administrator deletes it.
• Ticket data — processed while the ticket is open; once the ticket closes and its transcript is delivered, the working data is no longer needed and is cleaned up in the normal operation of the Service.

6. Your rights and data removal

You can ask us what the Service holds about you or your server, and ask for it to be deleted. Server administrators can remove everything tied to a server at any time by removing the bot. For anything else — including deletion requests as a ticket participant — reach us in the Buildable Labs community on Discord and we'll handle it. If you are in the EU/EEA, these rights are the ones the GDPR grants you, and we honor them regardless of where you live.

7. Children

The Service is only for people old enough to use Discord under Discord's Terms of Service (13, or higher where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age.

8. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll announce it in the Buildable community before it takes effect. The date above always reflects the current version.
